INDECO Opens Northwest US Service Center

INDECO North America (INA) proudly announces the opening of their new Northwest Service Center located in Portland, Oregon. The newest service center location joins Atlanta, GA, in support of the company’s headquarters in Milford, CT. The Northwest Service Center will not only provide parts and service for Indeco breakers, but also all makes and models of hydraulic hammers. “Our very specialized service technicians understand the intricacies of breakers and what needs to be done to get them back out in the field quickly and cost-effectively so that customers have minimal downtime,” states Ryan Murphy, Director of Marketing for Indeco.

In particular, the new Indeco Northwest Service Center will stock replacement tools, provide troubleshooting services and repairs using genuine OEM replacement parts to bring hydraulic tools back to their most efficient operating capabilities. Indeco understands how detrimental downtime can be to a business. Additionally, breaker rentals are available to all customers so that they can continue breaking rock while their hammers are being serviced.

Indeco's Northwest Service Center will also serve as a stock point for new Indeco plate compactors. "Plate compactors are an item that needs to be delivered quickly, often overnight. By maintaining an inventory of new product in the Pacific Northwest, we hope to improve our competitive position in that market."
