Custom Engineering

Indeco does not pull a tired design off
the shelf and try to adapt it to your
needs. Instead, we visit your site and see firsthand
where briding or backup occurs most frequently,
and custom design a breaker system to cover your
problem area completely and effectively.

Design Superiority

Indeco secondary breaking systems are built from large, welded box section structures with thick multi-plate fabrication in high stress areas. Unlike the competition, we do not add additional weight and cost by adding steel plates where structurally unnecessary.

Availability of Spares

Indeco Secondary Breaking Systems are built with many locally available spare parts, so you are not burdened with ordering expensive, proprietary replacement parts. Our booms are built with OEM, field-tested sealing components, and fastened with self-aligning yoke-and-trunnion balls with shims for wear adjustment. There is no need to replace pins and bushings due to wear.

Power Pack Flexibility

Indeco Hydraulic Power Units are designed to be application specific. With a variety of electric motors, tank sizes, tank heaters, manual and remote-controls, indeco will tailor your installation for the best possible working conditions.

Working Tool

Indeco is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic breakers. Indeco's HP series is the latest in innovative breaking technology on the market today. Featuring variable speed and power, the HP breaker on your boom system will provide that the precise amount of power where and when you need it.

Indeco HP Series Breaker:
High Performance
High Production
High Power
High Profitability

In material production, time is money. It’s all about tons per hour. Indeco Secondary Breaking Systems are designed to keep your plant running at maximum productivity. Designed to mount over the mouth of your crusher, a heavy duty Indeco secondary breaking system puts an end to downtime associated with bridged or oversized materials slowing up your operation.

An Indeco Secondary Breaking System consists of a mounted boom and stick, a hydraulic power supply unit, and a heavy-duty hydraulic breaker from Indeco designed to rake material, break material, and keep your product flowing.

SBS Series Stationary Breaking System

Mounted above the mouth of your crusher, an SBS system will improve your throughput. Bridged or oversized material is quickly eliminated, increasing productivity and profitability. Indeco SBS series booms are heavy duty, built to last for years in even the most difficult of conditions.

Each is custom designed for your crushing plant, with great flexibility to ensure that your investment provides the maximum return. SBS booms are available “excavator style,” allowing for optimal coverage both horizontally and vertically, and models are available with 170-degree swing or 330-degree rotation capability. On the working end, an HP series Indeco breaker featuring the latest innovations and breaking technology, will provide years of reliable service.

PBS Series Portable Breaking System

Maximizing product volume continues to be a driving force in the material production industry. With that in mind, equipment manufacturers must constantly strive to develop and supply new technology to the marketplace. Track-mounted mobile crushers have given material producers new levels of flexibility and portability in their operations, all geared toward greater throughput. It is in this spirit of ingenuity that Indeco has developed the PBS portable breaking system for use on portable crushing plants. Low-profile Indeco PBS booms can be easily installed by means of a crusher mounted quick-disconnect system, without any need to erect or dismantle a pedestal tower. Instead, the PBS system is quickly lowered into place and held directly to the crusher by one fixed pin. The quick-disconnect system is sturdy, reliable, safe, and most importantly, time saving. And when the time comes to relocate the plant, the PBS system is removed just as quickly and easily as it was set up.
